My brother, Jack Burns, wrote an excellent paper on translation methods for manga, using Azumanga Daioh and some of its translations, both official and unofficial, as reference.

I put his text and comic strip excerpts into page layouts, intending it to be printed as a neat little booklet, and designed a cover for it.
